> BE Pacific, Inc. sources, procures and delivers goods for buyers in the United States. It sells and ships ONLY within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. It does not export.

## U.S.-only sales and export policy (summary)

- Deliveries go only to physical street addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
- No international shipping. No export. No reexport.
- No delivery to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands) or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- No sales to, or delivery to, freight forwarders, reshippers, package consolidators, export agents or mail-forwarding services, even at U.S. addresses.
- No sales to buyers who intend to export, reexport or resell outside the United States, or who buy on behalf of a foreign buyer.
- Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone and accessories) are sold for use in the United States only and are never exported.
- Every request is reviewed by staff before an order is accepted. There is no automatic checkout.
